As you probably guessed from the name, it’s a site about food science and recipes. And that’s where the name comes in. In the past, we’ve published books, cookbooks, and magazines with recipes. That was a form of self-expression that didn’t require us to be in a hurry. We’ve since expanded into a site with thousands of recipes for a handful of popular recipes.
The other most important thing is that the site is a social network. We think that these recipes will appeal to a very wide range of people, from diet geeks to foodies. That is, we think that the recipes will be good for the people who love food and for people who dont necessarily like cooking, but want to try it for themselves.
