Changes That Can Improve Performance of Students

Every student wants to be successful, topper of the class and the best performer in all the activities including exams. Sometimes even after many attempts and hard work students do not get those results which they were expecting from themselves and get stressed due to this. Though school managements are inducing many new innovative tools also like school ERP and LMS portals for making the learning abilities better of the students even then few students are not able to acquire that level of expertise their learning which is expected from them, it is not like they don’t try or they are lazy, even they also want improvement themselves but unaware of the correct methods of how to do this. School ERP and LMS portals make sure that students shouldn’t miss anything useful in their learning. Change is the law of nature because change always brings something new and new is needed for renovation of things. Students always look at their failures and always find someone, especially the teacher to blame for those mistakes. Let’s understand how to change this all and make some positive changes to make a successful future. Children should start taking responsibility for their own success. Students will have to stop blaming other people like parents, tutors, mentors and peers for their own failure and should have to take responsibility for their own success, work hard and put efforts in order to restore the success in their academic performance.

Company matters a lot in student life therefore students must keep this in concern that their company will have a grave effect on their lives. When students start spending their time more with successful people then they come to know that they are neither arrogant or rude. In fact they are generous and kind and this behavioural speciality makes them successful. As again it is said in this article before that a company matters a lot so such successful people won’t let you rot in a hole and they will lift you up also and upgrade your success level. Bad company will inspire you to do bad things and good company will inspire you to do good with yourselves and with others. Things change positively as soon as students start taking their academic life seriously. From being lazy and careless students should bring massive change by being organized with their schedule and study. Being organized students become able to complete their course at time and ample time remains left for them to do revision. And more and more revision makes students expert in their subjects. Students should make a necessary change and that is to not only study only in school and at home at particular times but they should take an oath of never stopping learning, because one can stay demanding only if he or she changes with time and upgrade himself/herself with knowledge accordingly. 

Most importantly students should change their one very bad habit and that is to compare themselves with others or toppers of the class. First of all they need to understand that every human being is unique in himself/herself and no organism on this earth is useless. Comparison is the root cause of all evils. If a student starts comparing himself/herself with someone more effective, brilliant and topper then obviously he/she will feel down and will be filled with jealousy and on the other hand if the student proves to be more brilliant than other students then his/her mind will be filled with arrogance. Either way comparison will spoil the mind and the remaining goodness in the student will also get destroyed. In order to make some positive changes students should start helping others. When students are in a growing stage, they usually don’t pay much attention to other things and later they repent. Among which helping others is always left behind therefore students should try their level best to help their peers, parents, mentors, tutors and other needy people with the help of their age-appropriate efforts. This brings self-esteem and confidence to the students. Students can teach those subjects to other students also in which they have expertise. Because by teaching others students not only make revisions but they get expertise in the particular subject they teach.

At last students should stop making excuses and put their all efforts in the tasks they are assigned with. This change will bring zeal in the students to achieve their goals.
