I always start my blog with an introduction and then I don’t end it with a conclusion. I’m using this word intentionally. Concentrated industry is one that is concentrated within a very narrow niche or field, and dispersed industry is one that is not that focused. The first level of thought is the narrow niche or field. The second level is dispersed industry. The last level is the broad industry or niche.
The field of concentrated industry is one that is defined by one or more specific things that you are good at. For example, you can be a programmer and be good at writing software and good at programming, or you can be a video game developer and be good at video games and good at programming. There are some things that make you good at concentrated industry, but there are also some things that make you good at dispersed industry.
It is pretty obvious that there is a trade-off between concentrated and dispersed industry. One of the key ways to decide if you are a concentrated or dispersed industry is by how much you enjoy doing the things you do that are concentrated. If you enjoy doing video games and writing software, you will likely be a dispersed industry. If you love playing video games and reading books, you will likely be a concentrated industry.
Nowadays, you can find a good number of people who have a very concentrated industry. I know I do because I am a writer who wants to be a writer. I do not have the skills required for an in-demand software engineer. I am not a good programmer either. I do not enjoy writing software because I am not good at it, I am not good at code, or I have a poor grasp on the computer or programming languages that are used to write software.
The problem is that in today’s world, the word “in-demand” sounds like a bad thing. It implies that a person who is in demand has a very specific job or skill that they are in demand for. And it’s so often the case that the job or skill that is in demand is one that only a certain segment of the population wants.
Its more accurate to say that you need to decide on your industry or your niche. It is important to know what you are in demand for, and to find a way to make a career out of it. Once you find out what industry you are in demand for, you can decide how you are going to make that money, how you are going to get it, and how you are going to get access to it.

That’s because it’s been relatively easy to get into construction work, as it most likely is to a lot of people.
