I love banking and working with people. The people who work in the banking industry are some of the most incredible people I know. From the people who run the day-to-day operations to the branch managers and their assistants who are there to make you feel safe and secure. I am honored to have the privilege of working with the people who I call my clients.
I can hear you saying, “I know, I know,” but I also know that you’re probably not a banker. And I am not a banker. Not because I don’t like the work, but because I am not an accountant. I am an accountant with a degree in business administration. But I am also an account manager who also happens to be an accountant.
I think, in the real world, there are a lot of professionals who would probably be considered account managers. I know that I have been in a lot more of them than you probably want to know about. I also know that there are account managers with degrees in business administration and accounting and finance who are probably not bankers. They might also be account managers who happen to have a degree in banking.
In the real world, if you are a banker, you are probably an accountant. If you are an accountant, you probably have a degree in accounting and finance. I think the majority of us are in between those two extremes. In my mind, the accounting degree is the one that can give you a real grounding in your field.
In order to be a good accountant, you should be able to explain your own position in your company’s financial reports, show that you know the processes of how an organization functions, and be able to explain what they do without relying on “you know what I mean”. It’s also important to have the right background knowledge to be a good manager though, as the right manager is the one who has the right skillset to build a good company.
I believe if you have the right aptitude, you can achieve your goals, but it is also important to understand what you want your company to do. A great accountant is one who can explain the system to the end user, and one who can take the user through all the different steps in the process.
I love banking and I love dealing with people in a very positive way. I think it’s also important to understand what your company’s goals are. A great manager understands how to build a company that delivers value to the customers they are supposed to serve.
While it is possible to become an accountant without having to know what a customer is supposed to do, I think it also helps to be aware of the things that you want your company to do. The more you can explain what your company is supposed to do, the easier it is for you to do it.
