I’m not sure what to make of lady gaga since quitting the music industry. Is she a victim of the recession, or does she have some sort of mental breakdown? I don’t know. But I do know that I’m not going to judge her because she quit the music industry.
I am sure that she has a lot to be mad about, but that’s not the same as judging her or saying she’s crazy. I am not going to pretend to be a therapist and pretend to know what’s going on with her. I am sure she is suffering from some sort of mental breakdown, but I am not going to go there to analyze her.
I have not been a fan of her music since she started in the music industry, and I think its a shame that she doesn’t seem to be trying to make her music better or go back to making it. Its not like she can’t write good music, but I just think she overcompensates too much with the lyrics and other aspects of her music. I am not saying that her music is bad (because I can’t really say that), but its not really that great either.
I think she should make an effort to improve her music. I don’t think she’s trying to improve it, just use it to get attention. But if she wants to start making music again, I think she should work on her lyrics or her vocals or her production techniques. I think a lot of her songs are just overplayed. I think her music is very generic and formulaic. She should make an effort to come up with a song that is better.
I think you can’t really improve your music. The only thing you can do about your music is make it better. But that takes time and effort and I think people aren’t really interested in that. If they could just come up with a better song, I think that would be a lot more appealing to people.
While I agree with your sentiments, I think that you are overlooking the fact that a lot of people have been trying to find a new way to express themselves musically in the last decade. Not all of us, obviously, find our way a bit more satisfying, but a lot of us have been making a lot of progress. One of the major reasons why I quit was because I’m not hearing as many songs on the radio as I used to.
I think it’s a bit more than just a lack of music that makes people leave. I think a lot of the music industry is a bit controlled because it’s mostly in the hands of a few very powerful men. Most people who are in the music business end up leaving because they either can’t do it or they get sick of it. Some of the biggest labels and artists have been very lucky to get their work out there in the first place.
I don’t think that music is more or less controlled than most other industries. It’s just not as much of a power-broker as the music industry usually portrays it to be.
I agree with this one. But I don’t think the music industry is as controlled as it seems. Its more the artists who put out albums and hit it big that control the music industry, and the record companies who make the money that feeds the artists.
A lot of artists, from pop stars to rappers to rock bands, can leave a label and record their album, and get to keep the record. This is especially true for the more independent artists who often record in their own studios or with friends and family, and can work with other artists, or a label, without having to share the income from the record.
