The Prolactic City of Industry is a project that I have been working on for over a year. I’ve been going over the original design and thought process with a few of my friends and family. We are currently working on the final design of the city. It includes a market and many of the typical city services. This is the first time this project has been done in such a large city with the large population.
If you’ve ever heard of the term “prolacta,” it’s a term that refers to an amnesia. It’s when people forget who they were or what they did during their life. The prolacta city of industry is a way to bring back that lost memory. The city is similar to the prolactic city of memory in that it takes place in a large city that houses more people than it does people.
While prolacta city of industry is a concept that is popular in Japan, its not limited to Japan. Its a great concept, but it has the potential for being a great game.

The problem that I’ve seen more than a few people have with the concept is that, when you first play the game, you are stuck in an amnesia. You see your entire life as a single event and then suddenly don’t remember much of that time.
A game with a fixed time frame can have the problem that you are stuck in a time loop. To make this work, you have to make sure that you are always playing in the moment, not a time loop that is constantly repeating itself. I think that Prolacta city of industry might be able to solve that problem and make for a great game, but I would need to play the demo to see if that is indeed the case.
There is no time loop in the game, but the fixed time frame is a great technical solution. As the demo indicates, the main character has a very limited ability to move between time frames, but he can move himself to a random location in a time loop. He can do this because he knows where he is and can predict when some future event may happen.
The game has no fixed time frame, but the main character can move between time frames. At the end of each time frame, he can move to a random location in the world, but he can only do this after a random selection of events happened in that time frame. The random selection of events is also the only way to get to that location, so it’s not a fixed time loop.
Although he can move back and forth between time frames, his actions are limited by the actions of other time loops. He can’t go to a nearby location if other time loops decide not to use his action. He has to choose between the actions of other characters, and he cannot take actions of other time loops that would affect his own time frame. For example, if some time loop decides to go to the same location, he can’t go to a nearby location.
Prolacta is a city built by the city of industry in the same way that the first time loops are built. There’s no difference. In the prolacta city, time loops that move there can’t move there. That’s how it works in the prolacta city.
If you want to build a city, you can have a city. But there is no way to move into another time loop. They cant “come into” another time loop. So prolacta is not a city.
